The Customer Support web site is online
Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 3:09PM We are very happy to announce that our "dot tribes" support web site is now in production. It can be found within the "dot tribes" menu at the right of the page.
The web site counts with the following resources:
- FAQ: The frequently asked questions site describes the most common issues that the applications might have, plus a variety of questions about privacy and the platform in general.
- Public Forum: In this site users can post questions and receive answers from other users of the application. People from the "dot tribes" team are also checking the forum and answering questions.
- Report Defect: The users can report defects in the application of the platform. ga.tribes GmbH will start working in the problems immediately keeping the users up today with the advances.
- Request Enhancement: The users can suggest new functionalities using a special form designed for this purpose.
- Suggest New Tribes: User can suggest to implement new tribes.
User must register to this web site in order to post questions to the forum or report defects.
The support web site is only in English for a now, but we will add translations to other languages very soon.
